I looked at the contents of your marinade and realized that it had great potential. I judge BBQ contests all over the South and your ingredients are right on par with the best I've seen - believe me, that is a compliment! When I returned to VA I opened the bottle that you gave me and the quality was confirmed. |

Local Legend's Waterfowl Marinade has got to be the best when it comes to preparing ducks for the table. After a great season of duck hunting the Nebraska flyway, many of my hunting and non-hunting friends have feasted on plate fulls of duck over some wild rice. My favorite, is to marinade the duck breast for a day and then grill to medium rare. I also want to thank Melissa and Local Legends for excellent service and a great experience! Thanks Again!

I have used your waterfowl marinade and wild rice mix a couple times and think they are just EXCELLENT! All our friends are enjoying our wild duck dinners with wild rice mix. |

I love your sauce for chicken. I put about 1/4c in a bag and shake a whole pheasant in the bag. I then place the bird on the Rotisserie for 30 minutes. It is delicious! |

My dad got some of your delicious waterfowl marinade and made a feast of wild duck and goose with it. The ducks were even bad tasting ducks but with your marinade it was the best duck I've ever eaten! |

Just tried some baked red potatoes lightly coated in olive oil and Santa Maria All-Purpose Seasoning — excellent. I can already tell I’ll be doing the man thing and putting that seasoning on everything I make. |

I marinated 2 salmon fillets in your Angler’s Choice Fish Marinade then baked uncovered for 25 minutes. The fish had a wonderful sweet smoky taste to it. For once my wife didn’t have to douse it in lemon juice, she ate it just as it was and loved it as did I. I give the marinade a definite two thumbs up. |
